DOT has been through ALOT.
She’s a little chicken, around 20 years old, who spent the majority of her life in the big city. She has big dreams of becoming a writer. But since her mom suddenly died, she’s meant to go back to the small garden and live with her estranged dad.
She hasn’t seen him since her parents separated. Now, it’s been 8 years since Dot has returned to the garden, and she’s having a very hard time fitting in. It’s a real town mouse-country mouse situation. Worst of all, her dad’s magazine is going bust, and it is up to Dot to save it.
Between getting long with her dad, rubbing elbows with BEA, a turtle and Dot’s arch-nemesis and falling for NOAH, a pig who always had a soft spot for her, and adapting to the strange low-octane garden lifestyle, Dot hate it here. Hates. It. here.
